HOTEL TERMS: All cancellations and amendments must be made in writing to Conference Co-ordinators and will be acknowledged by email. Cancellation fees will occur from 24hrs prior to the conference. If a booking is cancelled or reduced within 24hrs prior to arrival, the credit card provided will be charged the full room rate per night that is cancelled or reduced. Credit card details are required to book and guarantee your room. Payment for the booking needs to be made directly with the hotel on check-in.

Peppers Gallery Hotel

Located in the New Acton Hub, Peppers Gallery Hotel offers boutique accommodation options, complimentary WiFi access, an Italian restaurant, onsite car parking and a 24 hour reception. Peppers rooms all have unique décor and contain a coffee machine, walk in showers and a large work desk.

Mantra on Northbourne is centrally located within the CBD and approximately a 18 minute walk from the ANU/Marie Reay Teaching Centre. The hotel features underground parking (for a fee), a 24 hour reception, a heated indoor pool, sauna, fully-equipped gymnasium and an onsite restaurant bar.

QT Hotel

The QT Hotel is a modern hotel with boutique style furnishings, central to the city and a 16 minute walk to the ANU Marie Reay Teaching Centre. The hotel offers guests a 24 hour reception and room service, an onsite restaurant and bar, parking for a daily charge plus an onsite barber shop.

HOTEL TERMS: All cancellations and amendments must be made in writing to Conference Co-ordinators and will be acknowledged by email. Rooms at QT cancelled within 30 day prior to check-in will be charged the full amount unless the room can be resold.  THE CARD PROVIDED BE CHARGED 7 days prior to your arrival. If you would like to use a different card or want the card to cover any additional expenses (parking, breakfast etc), please contact Conference Co-ordinators.
