CANCELLATION TERMS

All cancellations or alterations must be made in writing and will be acknowledged by email. Notification should be sent to:

An administration fee of $55.00 for cancelled registrations will be charged to any participant cancelling prior to Friday 18 September 2020. All cancellations received after Friday 18 September 2020 will be required to pay full registration fees.

CODE OF CONDUCT

The APGA 2020 Virtual Convention is designed to provide safe and open environments for all participants. Please review and follow the guidelines below when participating in the virtual event:

  • Be kind, open-minded, and respectful of everyone’s opinions.
  • Keep all session information, Q&As and chat discussions confidential.
  • Do not record your screen.
  • In order to create an open, honest, and transparent community, you must use your real name or initials.  If you upload a picture it must be a true picture of yourself.
  • Do not use malicious or offensive speech.
  • Do not use backgrounds that would make other attendees uncomfortable.

One or more violations of these guidelines may result in your removal from a session and/or networking function.
