Registration fees

Onsite Registration Fee: $989
Onsite Day Registration Fee: $550 per day

Please note: due to COVID-19, registrations will be limited to 150 to meet social distancing guidelines. A waiting list will be established and if restrictions are eased, further registrations will be made available.

Virtual Attendee - Full Event Fee: $450
Virtual Attendee - Day Only Fee: $250 per day
Virtual Attendee - Session Only (you must pre select the session) Fee: $150 per session

Onsite Congress Registration Includes:
»» Attendance at all conference sessions on the day/s selected
»» Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea as per the conference program
»» Conference satchel and materials

Virtual Attendee Registration Includes:
»» Online access to at all conference sessions on the day/s selected
»» Group chats setup during lunch breaks


Social Functions

Please note due to the COVID restrictions, the Roads Congress will not have any face-to-face social functions (e.g. Welcome Reception and Dinner).  If the restrictions ease before the congress we will reconsider this option.

ALGA collects your personal contact information in its role as a peak body for local government. ALGA may disclose your personal contact information to the sponsors of the event for the purposes of commercial business opportunities. If you consent to ALGA using and disclosing your personal contact information in this way, please tick the appropriate box on the registration form. 

Importantly, your name may also be included in the Conference List of Participants. You must tick the appropriate box on the registration form if you wish your name to appear in this list.

8.30 am – 6.30 pm

Tuesday 17 November
8.00 am – 5.00 pm

Wednesday 18 November
8.00 am – 5.00 pm

Every effort will be made to ensure all delegate and guests requirements are catered for. If you have any special requirements (eg. catering, mobility or any other assistance) please include a note on your registration form under special requirements or contact the Conference Secretariat.
