cancellation policy

All alterations or cancellations to your registration must be made in writing and will be acknowledged by post, facsimile or email. Notification should be sent to:

If the conference is cancelled due to restrictions from COVID-19 all fees paid will be refunded.

If individuals cancel by their own choice (regardless of the reasoning) then the following cancellation term applies:

An administration charge of $110.00 will be made to any participant cancelling before Friday 9 October 2020. Cancellations received after Friday 9 October 2020 will be required to pay full registration fees. However, if you are unable to attend, substitutes are welcome at no additional cost. By submitting your registration, you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.
