An administration charge of $110.00 will be made to any participant cancelling before Friday 17 July 2020. Cancellations received after Friday 17 July 2020 will be required to pay full registration fees. However, if you are unable to attend, substitutes are welcome at no additional cost.

Cancellation Charges: Conference Coordinators and/or the hotel will not make any charges to the supplied credit card unless you fail to cancel your booking in writing at least 21 days prior to arrival. Where the booking is reduced or cancelled in less than 21 days prior to arrival, full payment will be required where the room(s) have not been resold.
