REGISTRATION CANCELLATION

All alterations or cancellations to your registration must be made in writing and will be acknowledged by email. Notification should be sent to:

An administration charge of $110.00 will be made to any participant cancelling before Friday 2nd February 2024. Cancellations received after  Friday 2nd February 2024. will be required to pay full registration fees. However, if you are unable to attend, substitutes are welcome at no additional cost.

By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION

Cancellation Charges: Conference Coordinators and/or the hotel will not make any charges to the supplied credit card unless you fail to cancel your booking in writing at least 21 days prior to arrival. Where the booking is reduced or cancelled in less than 21 days prior to arrival, full payment will be required where the room(s) have not been resold.
