The conference app is a convenient way to access all conference information. The app will contain the program, speaker bios and social function information.  It's also a great way to reach out to fellow attendees. 

Registered delegates will be sent information about how to download and use the app approximately two weeks prior to the conference.

If you Opt Out you will be listed as surname and first initial only.  If you Opt In your full name and organisation will be listed.  Once you download the app you can choose to share more information, for example email and address.

SOIL CRC will cover and book your accommodation, please follow the steps below so this can be progressed for you.

  • PROVIDE YOUR DATES: Enter in your arrival and departure dates. Please note that Soil CRC will cover your accomodation for the nights of Monday 26 August - Thursday 29 August inclusive (4 nights) (Checking in 26/8/24 | Checking out 30/8/24)

  • CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE: A card is required to finalise your booking and will be used to cover any incidental expenses that are not being covered by Soil CRC (this includes mini bar and room service).

  • EXTENDED BOOKINGS: Soil CRC will cover your accomodation for the nights of Monday 26 August - Thursday 29 August inclusive (4 nights).  If you want to book additional nights (additional to the 4 nights being covered by Soil CRC) you can request them here.  Once your room has been allocated we will be able to confirm the cost of the extra night(s).

    The additional night(s) will need to be paid on arrival - the hotel will charge your card provided if you cancel this extra night within 21 days of the event.
