If you plan to bring any children under the age of 15 to the social functions, kindly provide their names and ages in the space provided below. Children below 15 years old (at the time of the Convention) can participate in the partner's tours and Sunday outing at no extra cost.

However, if your children are over 15 years old, you will need to purchase an additional ticket for them.

DELEGATE Social Functions

As a full delegate of the APGA convention, you are entitled to attend all of the social functions without any additional cost. However, we kindly request that you confirm your attendance at each event by providing the required details below. Having an accurate headcount will enable us to ensure that we are well-stocked and can provide uninterrupted service to all attendees.

If a booking is cancelled or reduced within 30 days prior to arrival, the credit card provided will be charged unless the room(s) can be resold. At the Intercontinental Hotel the 1st nights deposit will be CHARGED at 30 days to the card provided, the balance will then be CHARGED at 14 days. All deposists are non-refundable. Credit card details are required to book and guarantee your room. Payment for the booking needs to be made directly with the hotel on check-in.
